Room 3 Online Cyber Smart Lesson with Mr Goodwin - Email Etiquette

Today our lesson is about email etiquette.

  

What is an email? - An email is a digital letter.

We have learnt that emailing is another part of communicating with someone near or far. It is another form like texting.

There are five different parts to an email.

1. Recipients - Who are we sending the email too. We have to the right and correct email address of the person we are emailing.

Subject: Is the title of our email. What is our email about.

The Email - Greeting: It is polite to greet the person or people we are emailing.

the body: This is where we can type our ideas and message of our email. What are trying to say to the person or people.

Sign off - Thank you, kind regards, sincerely

This was fun learning about email etiquette. We need to show respect when we email others.

Tongan Language Week 2021

 

This week on Monday, we had an online school assembly to launch Tongan Language week.
