Playing Kahoot and Gartic Phone with Miss Iakopo

Kahoot is a fun quiz fun. Miss Iakopo has questions and we have to pick the right answer. We played this on Monday and Tuesday in our class hangout.

This morning for our class hangout Miss Iakopo played a cool drawing game with us. We had to create a sentence and then we all had turns trying to draw a picture.

Class hangout - Toitoi Book

Today for our class hangout, we did an activity with Toitoi books. We choose the story 'My Mum, my Hero.

This is a beautiful story about a girl telling us why her mum is her hero. She shared experiences of how hard her mum works as a midwife and how it gets during Covid19.
The author explains that not all hero's wear capes and her mum is a super hero.

We are learning to remember important ideas in the story and talk about them.
