Pink Day in Room 3

We are working Together to Stand up against Bullies.

We created hearts and put these around our class so we can be kind and caring to one another.

Be Strong, Be brave and Be Kind to each other.

We work hard to have a 'Happy and Safe Learning Classroom'

We can use who, when, where, why, what and how to retell an experience.

When: Friday 14th May

Where: the park across the road on Ev Perry Way

Who: Room 1, Room 2 and Room 3

Why: To have a picnic with our families and play games with them

What: Play games together like, potato and spoon race, 3 legged race, gumboot throwing and wheel barrow race.

How: We walked there and it only took us a short time.

To end our games, we had an ice block, a piece of cake and a panikeke. We had fun time together working with everyone. Thank you to our families for coming to our whanau picnic.  We love you.

Welcome to Term 2

Welcome to Term 2 everyone!

First of all, welcome back to school for term and we are excited to Learn, Create and Share.

We are so lucky to have another teacher in our class to help Mrs Forsyth. She is learning to be a teacher too and she will be just as better as Mrs Forsyth. We would like to welcome and introduce Miss B.

Our junior classes was so lucky this first week back to go on a trip to the Te Oro centre and watch a play.

Thank you so much to the Mt Wellington Trust who fund our trip and allowed this awesome experience for us to watch a cool show.

What a cool and fun first week back at school. By Peni, Simon, Haloti and Joel
